SaunRise does not provide refunds for any service, retail product, or Gift Certificate purchased or received.

SaunRise provides a 7-day guarantee period. Issues with your service determined to be application, chemistry, or product error may qualify for repair or replacement. All services determined to fall outside these quality guarantees or outside the 7-day timeframe will be subject to additional repair charges.

Canceling or rescheduling an appointment requires 48-hours notice. Failure to provide 48-hours notice will result in the charge of the $25 Cancellation Fee. Failure to provide payment of the Cancellation Fee will result in the inability to reschedule or schedule future appointments and/or cancellation of existing pre-booked appointments.

Cancelling and/or rescheduling an appointment with 12-hours notice or less will classify as same-day cancellations. Same-day cancellations will result in a Cancellation Fee charge of 100% of the scheduled service . Failure to provide payment of the Cancellation Fee will result in the inability to reschedule, schedule future appointments, and/or the cancellation of existing pre-booked appointments.

If you believe you are going to be arriving at your appointment late, please provide notice with your estimated arrival time. If you arrive 10-minutes late to your appointment, a modified service will be performed (ex: no nail art). If you arrive 15-minutes late to your appointment your service will be automatically canceled. You will be charged the $25 Cancellation Fee. Failure to provide payment of the Cancellation Fee will result in the inability to reschedule or schedule future appointments and/or cancellation of existing pre-booked appointments.

No Show or Missed Appointment - If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, notification is REQUIRED. If you do not provide notification and do not arrive to your scheduled appointment time within 15-minutes you will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in the charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Failure to provide payment of the No Show Fee will result in the inability to reschedule or schedule future appointments and/or cancellation of existing pre-booked appointments.

SaunRise does not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.

Gift Certificates are not returnable, not redeemable for cash, not usable for tips.

SaunRise reserves the right to refuse services to any guest for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
